We rent properties directly from landlords with no fees. The rent we pay is the rent you receive. 

 

Unlikely AST tenants we have a shared interest in maintaining your property to the highest standard as this dictates what we are able to charge our guests. 

 

We manage your property as a serviced apartment, providing high standard, flexible accommodation on a nightly basis. 

The most significant difference between an AST and a corporate let is the rights given to the tenant (or in this case company).

 

Renting to traditional tenants using an assured shorthold tenancies grants tenants all the protections under the Housing Act 1988. Practically, this means it is harder for landlords to do a number things such as reclaim possession of the property or increase the rent during the the tenancy.

When renting to a Company there are no such issues. This is because the Housing Act 1988, states such provisions will exclusively apply to individuals and not organisations.

We view every property we manage as a partnership and hope to never have a landlord who wants to exit the tenancy early, but we firmly believe it is your property and therefore your choice!
